We've been ruminating on this over the past few weeks and how our Disaster Recovery suite can be fortified to help cover more potential situations for our customers.
We are testing a new DRaaS backup/standby-server feature that requires no server-side configuration. This will allow for near-instant data recovery from a primary virtual server onto a cold-spare virtual server, either in the same or a different datacenter. Backup schedules can be fine-tuned to accommodate a full day of Hourly backups, as well as 7 daily backups.
Your critical systems have never been more prepared for any outage events! We will be formally announcing this new DRaaS solution once we've completed our thorough testing.
Managed Firewalls and VPNs
Protecting your virtual servers often starts with a solid firewall. This is where our new Managed Firewall solutions shine. Custom-built virtual firewalls inside your cloud can handle nearly any required configuration. We also offer custom VPN consulting services for safely connecting to your servers.
CPU Upgrades
We are upgrading older CPUs in Dallas Zone 2 to newer and more powerful Intel® Xeon® processors. This will greatly increase performance on our Zone 2 hypervisors.
